Do we experience a threat differently?

#Genderdifferences are a real thing, not just a feeling or #cultural aspect of sex. Not considering #behavior as a factor or declining the #biology of sex has serious #health consequences. When discussing #diversity and #inclusion, it is imperative to understand that #neurology does not adjust to our thinking of discomfort but adapts to be efficient according to the role of sex and the experience of stimuli. #Neuroscientists are providing tons of revelational #information about human experience and what is shaping it, but our reality is actually our ability to respond to stimuli – stress is not bad as the air we breathe is not bad for us.

I’m about to publish a book that explains the #stress mechanisms, the role of #trust, and how our #mind, a cognitive part of thinking and doing, shapes our reality. We think and feel with the whole body, not only with the #brain. Embodied mind, in scientific terms, embodied cognition, is the key to shaping integrally everything you experience. If you’re asking yourself why this matters, I can give you a quick answer – stop ‘eliminating’ stress and start managing your arousal and attention. Learn how to trust no matter who is on the other side because trust has a very special role in our experience.
