How this works

What you would be engaging, how an engagement proceeds, and what governs it.

Two names, one practice
NEUROAGENCIJA REFLECTUM

Neuroagencija

The delivery entity

The commercial, contractual and professional entity. The company you engage, contract with, and hold responsible.

Reflectum

The architecture

The originating cognitive architecture and intellectual-property base — the way of thinking the work applies.

Who you would be working with

Igor Vlačič, MSc

Researcher · Consultant · AI Architect

Founder of Neuroagencija. A career spanning organizational psychology, executive coaching, crisis communication, and advisory work in parliamentary and campaign environments — environments where uncertainty is expensive and the visibility of a problem is itself politically or organizationally sensitive.

Building Reflectum since 2023: a unified framework for how humans and AI systems can think together without losing coherence.

How an engagement proceeds

There is a sequence, and you can see all of it before agreeing to any of it.

How an engagement proceeds
The whole path is visible before any of it is agreed.
Ten possible stages, each marked Contracted, Conditional, Optional, Roadmap or Excluded. A proposal includes only what is justified now.
Qualification Strategic session Discovery Coherence audit Assembly blueprint Pilot · operation … CONTRACTED CONDITIONAL ROADMAP
  • Qualification
  • Strategic session
  • Discovery
  • Coherence audit
  • Assembly blueprint
  • Calibration
  • Bounded pilot
  • Operation
  • Review
  • Handover or exit

Not every client requires every stage. A proposal includes only the stages currently justified. Each stage has an entry and an exit condition: discovery begins when sufficient access exists; assembly begins when architecture, ownership and resources are approved; wider release begins only when pilot evidence supports it.

Every proposal marks each stage explicitly:

Contracted
Approved and funded now.
Conditional
Anticipated, dependent on findings.
Optional
Available if you later choose.
Roadmap
Possible future work, not yet offered.
Excluded
Outside the present relationship.

The whole possible path can be visible without pretending it has already been sold.

Fair trade
The principle
Fair trade exists when both sides can see the exchange clearly.
You understand what resources you’re committing and what capability they create. We understand what responsibility we’re assuming and what conditions we require to deliver responsibly.
  • Exchange is visible
  • Responsibilities proportionate
  • Scope is real
  • Rights are defined
  • Risks not concealed
  • No manufactured dependency

Fairness is not identical exchange — it’s an exchange where all six of these hold.

Your participation is not free labour transferred to us. It is part of the operating condition required for the capability to function.

What you are actually buying

Before a price exists, the proposal identifies the object being purchased.

  • Professional time — qualified participation, interpretation and review
  • Method application — an audit, assessment or structured process
  • Assembly work — architecture, configuration, integration and calibration
  • Managed operation — continuing capacity and supervision
  • Transferable configuration — a documented solution usable beyond the engagement
  • Right of use — a licence to operate, integrate or commercialise a defined asset
  • Development work — capability not yet available in validated form
  • Research participation — testing, validation or scientific development

An engagement may contain several of these, but each stays identifiable.

Professional time is a legitimate baseline. But time alone does not represent reusable architecture, first-of-kind development, reserved capacity, responsibility, exclusivity or downstream rights — so the pricing basis follows the actual exchange. Price is not inflated because a client can pay more, nor reduced below responsible delivery because they have less.

Commercial sophistication should increase pricing clarity — not make the price impossible to understand.

We will always be able to explain what is included, what drives the price, what may change it, which costs are external, what recurring payments cover, and what is not included.

Nothing is sold from the page
No checkout. No catalogue. No fixed price list — by design.
Every engagement is individually scoped and agreed in a written contract. That document, not this website, sets the binding terms.

There is no checkout, no catalogue, and no fixed price list — by design. Every engagement is individually scoped and agreed in a written contract. That document, not this website, sets the binding terms. What you read here is how we think about the exchange; what governs it is what we sign together.

Where responsibility sits
Where responsibility sits
Reflectum structures the decision. It never owns it.
Legitimate human or organisational authority decides and acts. AI does not own the mission, its meaning, authority, accountability, or final consequential decisions.
REFLECTUM structures interprets · advises BOUNDARY HUMAN / ORG AUTHORITY decides · acts accountable responsibility remains traceable

AI does not own the mission, the meaning assigned to it, organisational authority, professional accountability, legal responsibility, or final consequential decisions.

Neither party uses AI to displace responsibility. “The system decided” does not remove the responsibility of those who selected the system, defined its goal, approved its authority, accepted its output, and permitted its continued operation. Authority may be delegated in bounded form; responsibility remains traceable.

A technically compliant output may still be operationally incoherent if the goal has degraded. So the question is never only whether the system followed instructions — but who defined the goal, what was excluded, and who monitors what happens downstream.

Confidentiality

Both parties protect non-public information received through the engagement and use it only for authorised purposes. Access is limited to the people and systems that require it.

We may retain abstract professional learning that does not identify you, disclose confidential content, or allow your situation to be reconstructed. Client-specific material is never reused for unrelated training, marketing, publication or product development without permission.

As a psychologist, I work under professional ethical standards. You will not find client logos or testimonials on this site. Where a client chooses to speak publicly about our work together, we do so jointly — as a deliberate act, not a marketing default.

What we decline

We may refuse, restrict, suspend or terminate unsuitable, misleading or unsafe use. This is stated plainly because it is part of what makes the rest credible.

Claims follow evidence. A local observation does not become a universal claim without passing evidence review. Research is not product. A hypothesis, experiment or prototype is described at its real maturity — a prototype is called a prototype.

We provide no more architecture, automation, data access, authority or cost than the mission requires.

The thinking

There are no case studies here, and no testimonials. What can be evaluated instead is the reasoning itself — published openly and continuously.
